How it Works!
You must register first. As long as you have all of your documents you’ll be approved within
24hrs.
Once approved you’ll be sent a link to select your days and reserve a chair anytime you desire. Payment is due when booking. Management will send you instructions on how to access the property. You will be able to login and access this link to book whenever you prefer. You may call 757-870-6300 to expedite approval.

How much is liability insurance?

Can I leave my personal belongings.
No, you must take all items with you when your rental period is over. If you rent for 3 consecutive days you can leave your items until the end of your rental. If you rent for one day all items must be out at the end of your rental.
What form of payment do you accept?
You must pay online using your credit or debit card. All forms of major cards are accepted.
Can I reschedule my reservation?
Unfortunately, you can not reschedule. All sales are final.
Can I rent a room for A Class or Seminar I want to have?
Yes! You can rent our double suite which fits 6-9 students seated or 4-6 Hands on Style / Look & Learn style. (Salon Chairs / Mirrors & Stations can be removed unless needed.) CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFO.
Why do I need liability insurance?
It covers you and the salon in case of an incident involving you or your client. It also covers your personal belongings and tools.
Do I have to register everytime I want to rent a salon chair?
No, once you submit required documention you will be able to log into your account and rent anytime. Register once and you're approved for unlimited rentals.
Can I rent for several weeks or months in advance ?
Yes you can reserve a salon chair up to one year out. Please keep in mind that you must pay up front to reserve. We do not hold the space.
Do you allow same day rentals.
Yes as long as you are registered, you can rent same day. If you can't book online you will need to text the words "RENT A CHAIR NOW" to 757-337-6769
Can I bring an assistant?
Unfortunately only one person allowed per rental. No assistants allowed
Can I rent more than one chair at a time?
Yes! You can rent as many as you need. Please remember that all fees are due at the time of booking.

What Services Can be performed in Rent-A-Chair For A Day?
Only Hair Services, Barbering, Braiding, Lashes, Makeup,

Rent A Chair is not designed for Massage Services, Esthetics, Nails, Body Services or any Service that requires seclusion or reclining with the exception of razor shaving. Razor Shaving is allowed.
If I rent and change my mind is my money refundable?
Unfortunately, all rentals are final sale.
Will I be in a salon suite by myself?
It depends on what's available. We have double suites in which you may have someone in there with you. We have single suites in which you will be alone. We also have open booth suites in which you will be in an open salon environment. You can select which you prefer on our booking page.
What does Rent-A-Chair-For-A-Day Include?
Access to 1 Salon Chair inside of a Salon Suite, plus 1 styling Station and shared hooded Dryer.
Access to the building for 1 full day, water, AC, Heat, 1 locker.
