  • Do Your Suites Have Plumbing?
    Some Suites have plumbing and others do not. All have access to a shared spa shampoo area.
  • If I secure a suite and change my mind is my money refundable?
    No, unfortunately all deposits and payments are non-refundable.
  • Do You Have Suites Available Now?

  • Are the Suite Rentals Month to Month?
    No, we strive to have owners who are established and stable. Therefore our leases start at one year and up.
  • Can I Pay Monthly?
    When you start, we like to see that you are able to pay your rent on time first. Therefore, Initially payments must be made weekly. After 3 months of good payment history, you will qualify to pay monthly.
  • Who Cleans The Suites?
    You are responsible for cleaning your own suite.
  • Can I decorate my suite?
    Yes, as long as there are no permanent fixtures or damage to walls, you may decorate. Paint must be neutral. Vinyl Lettering may be placed on the glass of your salon suite door. Wall paint & Vinyl Lettering must be approved prior to installation. Wall Paper is not allowed.
  • What are the requirements to apply?
    REQUIREMENTS: Application + Approval Drivers License or Legal ID Social Security Card Liability Insurance Professional & City Business License 1 year Contract or more Deposit equal to 1 weeks Rent for weekly Contracts or 1 Month's Rent for Monthly Contracts
  • Are there perks if I sign a 2 year contract?
    Yes, some suites have promotional 2 year contract discount of $20 per week. Some do not because they are already priced at the lowest rate. Booths suites may qualify for $10 off per week. There are no monthly pay incentives at the time.
  • Do You Offer FREE rent?
    Yes we have promotional offers from time to time for free weeks when you start. After your promotional period ends, you will enjoy 1 FREE week per year.
  • Do I have to use your furniture?
    No, Salon Suites are fully furnished as a courtesy but you may bring all of your own furniture. ( Note:We only provide hair stylist furniture.)
